石垣在住外国人の支援
インターナショナルイシガキは、石垣市民と外国人の多文化共生を目指し、さまざまな外国人支援促進を行っています。
「にほんごサークル」では、やさしい日本語を使った学習サポートを提供し、外国人が安心して日本語を学び、 就労や安心した生活をサポートしています。
International Ishigaki aims to promote multicultural coexistence between Ishigaki residents and foreigners, and promote various forms of support for foreigners. "Nihongo circle" provides learning support using Japanese, helping foreigners to learn Japanese with confidence and support them in finding employment and living in secure life.
石垣島で安全安心な生活をめざして
就労支援では、履歴書作成や面接対策講座、 外国人支援促進ネットワークを活用し、外国人雇用に関するセミナーを計画しています。外国人と日本人が共に文化を学び合うイベントや異文化理解ワークショップなどを実施し、地域社会とのつながりを深める機会を作っています。2025年度より、在住外国人だけではなく、生活に必要な住居・医療・子育ての情報を共有し、学校や友達関係の問題点を共に考え、寄り添う相談支援/カウンセリング窓口を設置します。
In terms of employment support, we are planning seminars on the employment of foreigners, including resume writing and interview preparation courses, and utilizing the Foreigner Support Promotion Network. We hold events where foreigners and Japanese people can learn about each other's cultures and intercultural understanding workshops, creating opportunities to deepen ties with the local community. From 2025, we will set up a consultation support/counseling desk to share information necessary for daily life, such as housing, medical care, and child-rearing where we provide support to foreign residents and those wishing to share about issues at school or in relationships with friends.
